This project scope is to remodel and restore the Cabana House: main room, and embellish the finish materials in the main house: family room, and formal living room.

This outdoor patio remodel is still in progress. The goal is to renovate the existing slate on the patio and correct the mistakes in the original design. Also we are going to replace the slate for better suited materials such as granite and porcelain. These materials will look more extravagant and they will be more resilient to the outdoor elements of a waterfront property.

This was a project that I worked on with Experience Design in Providence Rhode Island. The Contract was to design, build and install the nations largest African elephant museum in Tucson Arizona. The exhibit held interactive displays and graphics that were printed on graffiti resistant panels. The elephants were constructed from laser cut aluminum and painted with automotive enamel. This was one of my favorite job contracts in my whole career.

This contract was for Tatro Construction General contracting. Who led the remodel of the former Ritz Carlton Hotel conversion into the Eau Palm Beach. The remodel design was done by Jonathan Adler another RISD/Brown University alum. I was the Head of Carpentry for a team of 7 carpenters, where we remodeled 23 floors of corridor casing and baseboards as well as the renovation of 310 bathroom vanity units.

These are the preliminary plans for the expansion of my Family's Villa in Puerto Rico. The current house was built by my grandfather, and now we plan to purchase the neighboring property and build a new house inspired by El Morro Fortress, and Spanish colonial style architecture.

These are the remodel plans for a Tudors style home in New Jersey to support a family of 5 with up to 5 guests. The house remodel includes a small extension on one side for rentable living space. New layouts for the bedrooms and bathrooms. An additional basement unit. The goal is to keep the property as historically intact as possible while space planning for a large modern family.

The overall mood of the space is to be formal, antique, rustic, with historic elements of the French Quarters of New Orleans. The style of floor plan is to be open with minimal hallways and divisions made with columns, islands and furnishings.

This was one of my favorite clients, Lisa wanted to achieve a dark and crystalline aesthetic inspired by the office of Victoria Gotti. However she did not like the beige and warm colors and preferred to go with gray-scales black and white.
